Default EP Carrillo Short Run "Vintage"?

I ordered a box of the Robusto and Corona since they sounded interesting and come in my favorite box size (10 packs). Has anyone smoked these to lend some comments before mine arrive? I searched and didn't see anything yet.

Damn, I hadn't noticed these yet. Thanks a lot

I like all the EPC lines I have tried so far. Guess I need to try these now too.

Would like to hear what other people think of them too.

I was unimpressed. And disappointed. I bought into the CI rhetoric without applying my BS filters. As I said eleswhere on these: If you read between the lines, I think what the ad copy really says is, "Mr. Carillo made some cigars that he thought were sort of sucky and wasn't going to put his name on 'em. But we paid him enough that he allowed us to buy them all and be exclusive retailer. He knows that if it is a big-box 'exclusive' nobody will care too much if they aren't as good as their 'real' Short Run stuff."

I'll let 'em sit a while, but it sounds like they're already aged so I don't expect them to improve any. Very unimpressive. IMHO, anyway.
I'd be glad to send you each one to review. PM me a snailer.

Thanks for this, I usually run to try anything new from EPC, but I think I can pass on these.

My box came today along with a boatload of Papa Fritas, I will let them rest a week or so and fire one up then update with some thoughts.

I had these and I wasn't blown away but at the price its a decent stick, I think his core lines, and the New Waves are the tits, and the Cardinal forget about it!!!
