Being new here, I hope this isn't a major faux pas. Please tell me if it is!

I just received my first order ever from Smoke Inn. Yes, everything was shipped quickly, packed well and came as ordered. (twss) What illicited this post was the handwritten letter - with my first name on it - thanking me for my business and stating how much they value customers. It was signed by their Operations Manager. Nice touch, guys.

So, +1 to Smoke Inn for making the extra effort in the name of customer service.

I look forward to throwing more money your way!

PS - it was 4 5-packs of Liga #9 Robustos

Not trying to be a smart a** or anything but isn't 4 five packs just shy of a box or am I wrong ... Also in regards of S.I. all I've heard is good about them I think I need to make a purchase from them some time soon

Why yes, it is!

. They didn't have boxes, only 5 packs. I was hunting for boxes but striking out everywhere. This works, for now...

Apparently you bought all they had. I got my T52's from nice ash cigars. They just got some Robustos back in because they had them listed last night.

All their locations are great which is a surprise given they are franchises.
Abe has clearly done a good job of ensuring the concept is one and the same.
Margate location, with private room, TV's all over and Chimay White on tap and great selection of smokes, how can one live any better?

Sounds like typical SI customer service. IMHO they are tops when it comes to treating a customer well. I too was amazed when I received my first order from them and saw the letter. Very nice touch!

Is this the same company that has B&Ms in South Florida? If so, I stumbled into their West Palm Beach store a few months ago as I was meeting a buddy at Starbucks next door to do a school project. Went in and grabbed my first Undercrown. Nice shop and friendly staff. Will definitely check it out again in the future.
