Double Happiness...
So I am smoking the 5 Vegas "AAA" version of this goofy gimmicky double cigar thing. I must say I am pleasantly surprised, it tastes like a cigar. Lots of leather and cocoa, plus some sort of spicy twang I don't recognize. Well worth the 25 bucks I spent on the box, especially considering there's so many blends in there I want to try. I feel less stupid over my impulse buy now.

Re: Double Happiness...
I saw those on sprint sale. I thought about buying them and cutting them in half

Re: Double Happiness...
Well that's an option, I read up on it and apparently it's not just 2 cigars stuck together with a bit of wrapper leaf, I would't feel right chopping it in half. Deciding which end to light was a bit hard though.

Re: Double Happiness...
I think that thread title would be called "Double Drama..."
Double happiness would be one-nighting a set of twins.

Re: Double Happiness...
Actually there was a cigar from the Philippines called a Double Happiness back in the '90's. It was really double yukky.

Re: Double Happiness...
FYI; almost every cigar in the double happiness is made by AJ Fernandez. I suspect every one is and the whole goofy thing is made by him(them). The only one I don't know about for sure is the Ghurka red.

Re: Double Happiness...
The stick lasted 6 episodes if himym on Netflix, so 2ish hours, but it had a good 30-45 minutes left in it. I put it down because the slightly tight draw was giving me a migraine after 2 hours.
And there is one of those double happiness banded sticks in the box, can't wait to try it... |
