Custom Titanium Cigar Punch
After buying a few that where overly large or weight a ton I figured it was time to make my own I make custom Titanium Flashlights as a Hobby and just in the past year have gotten the cigar bug.......hundreds and hundreds of dollars later........LOL those darn cigar auctions!.

Just curious on how you are making them? Molded or turned? Pretty nice though brother, If I used a punch I might be giving you a call.
I like the size, Kinda used to using small punches.... |

Ok so if it is all ti ho do you get a sharp edge? Or keep a sharp edge? As far as I know from being a knife Guy ti does not hold an edge well. Could you thread the ti and add 440 stainless or something to it? That way you could have a nice sharp edge as well as a way to get the cut caps out.

If there's any chance you would swap the key-loop to the cap side and make an area where you could push out the caps that would be awesome.
Also would you make these in a larger size? Say 9mm
