Re: Spotify
Think of it like Pandora or Last.fm but with the ability to search for and listen to specific songs rather than genres.

It's freaking awesome. It's replaced Pandora, Last.FM and Google Music beta for me. By the way you don't need an invite for the premium ($5 p/month) or unlimited ($10 p/month) service. You only need an invite for the free, limited service.

Re: Spotify
I found a great site to help create playlists. http://spotibot.com/
Type in a name of a band and it will create a playlist with songs from that band and similar bands. Has helped me find new music.

Re: Spotify
I got a paid subscription the day Spotify came across the pond and have been loving it. The way it works with my iTunes and iPhone is very enjoyable and I love that I can make playlists with both purchased and Spotify songs

Re: Spotify
Ran across this for anyone else (like me) who wanted a way to search by genre or years instead of just artist or song title:
Hoping they make this possible to do within the spotify interface, but for now it's at least helpful.

Loving it. DeadMau5 at my fingertips!
Found quite a few bands that I wouldn't have heard of otherwise. Really enjoying this service Posted via Mobile Device |
