Off to Ireland
Hi all,
I am leaving tomorrow on a 10 day trip to Ireland! I am interested in visiting some smoke shops there. I will be in Dublin, Kilkenny, Kilarney and Galway City. Sound like the Decent Cigar Emporium is a good place to start in Dublin, but any advice on the rest of the locales would be great! Also looking for suggestion on Habanos to try. Three of my current favorite non-habanos are: AB Tempus, CAO Brazilia, and Casa Magna colorado. Thanks in advance! |

Can't recommend any cigar shops, but Ireland is one of my favorite places in the world, hope you have a blast

Re: Off to Ireland
I was in the James Fox Dublin Cigar and Whiskey Store when I was there. Relatively small selection, but they did have some of the current ELs at the time, and that is what I might suggest smoking.

Make sure you stop by The Porterhouse Temple Bar at 16-18 Parliament Street, Dublin 2, for a Brainblasta Stout. Maybe the best beer I ever had on tap.

Re: Off to Ireland
Great place! Also make sure you stop by Farrington's for some good traditional Irish music and The Auld Dubliner if you're looking for a loud good time! I took a long trip to Ireland last year (sadly before I returned to cigars) and had one of the best trips of my life. Kilkenny was my absolute favorite city there.
