Re: Anyone Tried Boca Java Coffee
I ended up receiving Boca Java coffee for a few months when I didn't even sign up for it. I could still be getting it if I didn't cancel it. I don't even remember paying for any of it. Over all, it was pretty good coffee that I was brewing in a typical coffee maker(drip brew). They offer all types of coffee and the ones I received was pretty good coffee. But take my opinion with a grain of salt. I am the same guy that spent ten years drinking coffee that was burnt, cold, or sitting for hours on a warmer. So my tastes might be a little off these days.

Re: Anyone Tried Boca Java Coffee
I've thought about roasting my own but then I need to buy a roaster and don't have extra hobby funds atm. Had some of Todds home roasted and it was fantastic and the people at work gobbled it up.

Yeah I think im just gonna have to add to my hobby fund, because roasting your own beans sounds like the way to go.

Re: Anyone Tried Boca Java Coffee
I've thought about roasting once or twice. But even if I manage to get the necessary equipment, learn the fundamentals, and find the time to get halfway decent at it, I probably still won't be able to make coffee half as good as the local roaster I buy from now.
I think coffee roasting is something that requires real passion and commitment or don't even bother.

You just oughta jump right in. That little Fresh Roast is still my roaster of choice. Once you get started, you will never regret it.
