Reset the password and go in via OWA... nice and easy!
(on the Server open Active Directory Users and Computers and then right click on the account and select Reset Password)

stupid question, but errm, where's the password reset? (SBS is not my forte ). I poked around in the user account properties but don't seem to see it....

I assume resetting the main user account pw for the whole network will do the same thing (in other words, the exchange and user account pw's are one in the same)

Yes, the exchange account is directly tied to the user account.
