Default Aristocrat - Full extension shelves or not?

I was curious if these were worth the upgrade price.

Thoughts and opinions welcome.

Everyone I know that has an Aristocrat says to get them.
In fact I believe another member here, Addiction, had an Aristocrat without shelves, and then purchased one WITH full extension shelves. He absolutely said it was worth it.

I would not have one with out them. With the bottom extension shelf you can get to the bottom of the cabinet and there is enough room there to store 100 + singles (out of site, out of mind).

I put full extension shelves in everything I build. They are freakin awesome. I can't imagine not having them. Well worth whatever they cost, Jordan!!!

Without them you pretty much have to unpack everything just to see what you have, let alone actually getting to anything.

Not ordering them is kind of like buying a luxury car, but then trying to save a few bucks by telling the dealer to hold off on the luxuries. Doesn't pay in the long run.

Agreed I have the 26.5 deep model and to get to the back of a shelf with out them would be a long process of unpacking and repacking

Beating the dead horse.......
You'll be kicking yourself for not doing it, I know I would be. Makes everything you do in there so much easier.

full extension. no doubt.. makes it infinetely easier to get smokes out from the back rather than taking a bunch of boxes out and then playing tetris

Not to beat a dead horse, but absolutely worth it....I would be playing crazy tetris weekly without them, Jordan.

I don't have an Aristocrat (yet ) but have a Montegue which doesn't have the extension shelves. I definitely wish it had them. Maybe I'll look into a retrofit.

My Aristocrat Plus was ordered with adjustable "fixed" shelves. My other Aristocrat Plus 48 has the extension type. Decided to save some money + it is easy to move them around. Don't really care for the extensions.

Couldn't think of mine without them.

Great to slide out the shelves and see whats there.

Great for inventory, great for smoke picking, and damn they just look cool

Gonna have to tone it down a smidgin anyway. While beautiful, some of the wood options add up quickly

I would say the best two upgrades I did would be the extension shelves followed by the raised panel doors. . . followed closely by the inlay top.

Unless you are planning on getting one of the smaller end tables, I would not order one without the extension shelves. It will make it a lot easier to pack it full of boxes.
