A Question of Location
If a cigar is made by a company based, say in the DR, but there isn't any Dominican tobacco used in the cigar, does that still make it a Dominican cigar or is it understood to be a cigar of the primary tobacco used (say Honduran)?

Agreed, for example, Illusiones are nica cigars (puros even) but rolled in one hell of a factory in Honduras.
Still a Nicaraguan.
