Excellent Customer Service - Padron Cigars

I wanted to make this thread as a thanks to Jeff at Padron cigars for their amazing customer service. About a week ago, I made a thread on another forum (Luxury4Play http://www.luxury4play.com/cigars/39...t-pickups.html) showing some new cigars that I picked up. One of them happened to be a Padron 1964 Natural Exclusivo. I had mentioned that I tried this cigar but wasn't too particularly satisfied by it as I had been expecting "more" from it. After reading this, Jeff of Padron Cigars decided to send this over my way in hopes of changing my mind!!

I'm going to give these guys another fair chance and try them out again. Hopefully I will like them much better this time. Again thanks to Padron cigars for their amazing customer service.

Unfortunately, I've been happy with the Padrons I've smoked. So no free cigars for Jeff.
