im not from montreal. as for quebec city i think there is only one and that's the one under the Maurice nightclub.

when will you be there Doc?

Thanks, Patrick! I don't think I can make Quebec City on this (whirlwind) trip, but I'll be in Montreal in the middle of October.

You might want to try the LCDH. A good place to have a cigar is at stogies, just down the street.
