It's a cigar tree. You have to water it with tobacco juice and dance around it naked in the moonlight three times for it to start bearing fruit though.

where is this tree located? If its by saltwater my guess would be Sea grape tree.
More pictures of the trunk and size would be helpful for ID.

Redbud it is. Should have loads of little bean pods hanging from it. Covered in pinkish-purple flowers in the early spring.
