Samsung WEP700 Bluetooth
Anyone here at the Asylum own one of these?
I just got one and the "controls" are confusing. When I tap the button to end the call it dials the last number. This and other screwy stuff is happening with it. The "user manual" is of no help. I called Samsung customer support and they were less than useless. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Samsung WEP700 Bluetooth
One persons "tap" can be another persons "push and hold" . . .
Either that or the damn thing is broke. I always use to have the same type of problems - never getting that nano-second push, depress or hold just right on any of my headsets. Just never knew what the thing was going to do, so I gave up and just used the phone buttons to end calls, etc. Currently I am using the BlueAnt V1 and just got the latest greatest Q1. Love these as they talk to me and accept voice commands. Example: a call comes in - it tells me who is calling and asks if I want to answer or ignore. I simply say answer or ignore - no pushing any buttons - Ron |
