Re: Gears of War 2
Darrell thanks for reminding me about that!! I almost forgot that it was coming out this november. The first one was great. It took me forever to figure out how to kill the last boss.

Re: Gears of War 2
Pretty darn excited myself, probably be at the store that day and then online until I beat it. Kind of like Halo 3, except I like the online game play much better on GOW.
Darrell, how do you feel about some of the changes? Chainsaw wars and images and such?

Re: Gears of War 2
I agree, I am just wondering how the new maps will play on the online competitions. I didn't like a few of the new maps they added for GOWI and the new screen shots look too busy or something to me.

Sadly I am so pathetic that mine is already paid for and is guaranteed in the first shipment from my local B&M, I did the same for Fable

Loved the original, can't wait for the sequel. Graphics look awesome and I'm loving the "rail" scenes. Not sure why people complained about this in the reviews.

Re: Gears of War 2
I beat the game on normal and enjoyed it. If you play Horde make sure you get 4 other friends in their with you, it gets pretty hard. I got up to level 10 on insane with some friends and couldn't get any further, but I had to bail and go do some stuff. It was ridiculous. I jumped in on a game and these guys were up to level 41 on normal. We managed to move up to 43, but the thing that sucks is your power weapons like brute and torque bow don't even seem to do much damage compared to your regular default guns.
Fun game.
