Headin to Vegas and have some Questions?
Well as the title says I'm heading to Vegas for the first time. I'll be there from April 15 through April 19th. I'm wondering if someone can name some nice spots that are cigar friendly. I know I could google it but frankly I trust the group here much more. I already know I will be stopping in at Casa Fuente, that is a must. Other than that I would love to know of some restaurants (steak places etc.), that at least have lounges where I can smoke in after dinner and I may even be interested in smoking suring dinner.
Also do most of the casinos allow smoking in them still? You never know with the way things are going now. Lastly I have to ask about the strip clubs. I will probably stop in one or two and would like to enjoy a smoke as well. I don't mind the tourist stops if they are actually good but I also wouldn't mind hanging out with the locals either. Thanks for the help in advance.

Re: Headin to Vegas and have some Questions?
I just returned and had no problems finding a place to smoke. If you're staying on the strip, all the casinos allow smoking on the casino floor. The public areas (check-in, restaurants, etc) allow no smoking.
If you're heading to Fremont St, I know Binions has a cigar bar inside (Benny's Bullpen). Stopped for a beer after bowling one day and they have leather couches and the like. Plenty of other cigar shops throughout Vegas. I stopped at Pheasant Cigars off the strip (where ScottishSmoker works). Very nice place, very knowledgable people at the counter. I missed Andrew but I believe Paul was the name of the guy behind the counter. Very talkative and it looked like a very nice place, prices reasonable. Walked by Fuentes (they were not open yet), so I can't comment on that, but the locals should be able to come up with a few stops for you. Good luck.

Casa Fuentes...go for the smokes...stay for the waitressess.
No smoking in the shopping areas, which means you have to finish your smoke at Fuente's, unless the mall is closed. Then the anti smoking folks leave you alone.

Re: Headin to Vegas and have some Questions?
Awesome thanks. I'll be staying at the Montecarlo. I was hoping that I wasn't going to have trouble finding a place. Also any place on the strip that you can enjoy a steak and cigar outside while people watching?
