Default One man herf/cook-out!

Todays one man Herf cook-out! All the other Vegas BOTL had prior obligations! My day started out welding up some lid holders and lifters for my new dutch ovens (Yard gar for this) and can be seen top pic lower left and right- what the skillet is sitting on. Then shopping for some food. Now smoking an unknown stick recently gifted to me. So here is the set up for the "One man herf, maybe I can get my Wife to join me later! Of course the Wife, Kid and a friend of his will be on hand to help eat.

From left to right will be: Honey/Rosemary potato's, garlic/pepper/rootbeer sirloins, cheesey/garlic rolls and last dutch oven will be baked apples served with ice cream and the skillet at the bottom will be used for wine/garlic sauteed mushrooms.

Here will be the mess hall and lounge, fire to be included later tonight!

Will post more pics when avaliable

Looks great just curious what kind of stone is that where the cast iron pots are on. I am assuming they generate heat from the fire. Is some type of clay stone?

They are a 16" paver that resembles flagstone, can be bought at Lowe's. The heat penetrates them thats why I have them off the patio. That and I dont have to bend over so far to tend to everything.
