Fish soup recipes?
I have been wanting to try to make a fish soup, I think I want a cream based soup. I have had caippino, good but not in the mood for tomato. What I have in the freezer right now is cod. Does anyone have a favorite recipe. I am open to all types. I have searched the net and nothing stood out!

I've tried this one and was surprised at how good it was. Not a cream soup, but still, quite easy and tasty

When camping or canoeing, I will chunk up the fish fillets and add them to a packet of instant potatoes, crushed garlic, butter or olive oil, other seasonings to taste, and some white wine. Pretty quick, works in the woods quite well.

Cod has a mild flavor so you will need to use a seafood stock or add some clam juice to intensify the flavor. I'd suggest a good chowder if you're looking for something cream based.

I did also get the clam juice, I may peel some shrimp and use the shell to help build the stock, heck I could even use some crab shell for the stock. I was also thinking of a chowder as well with some crusty bread.
