Default Tubos

What is everyone's opinion on whether to leave them in the tube or take them out? I got some Upmann Corona Majors in today (thanks Icehog for letting me know there were actually some available, just had to look a little more...lol).

I honestly never gave it much thought before. I would always leave them in the tubes but with the cap off. Anyone do anything different with them?

Similar, I will loosely put cap back on and just let them sit.

I leave the caps on and store them in my tower. I'm no scientist, but I believe that humidity inside the tube can't fall below the humidity outside the tube so they should be fine

This. The tubes are not air tight, but the less air flow the better especially if you are going for long term.

I don't have that many tubos but those I do have stay in the tubes. Pretty sure I still have a few Majors that are over a decade old and the last one I tried had really aged well.

I leave in the tubes. It’s good to check them every once in a while I had some that got a little moldy in the tubes so I took them out and cleaned them off.

I love tubos and leave the cigars in the tube. The wonderful taste of cedar when I do smoke it can't be beat!
