Default Holts Connisseur By Don Pepin Garcia

So I noticed these at $60 for 20 assorted sizes and took the plunge.
A Nicaraguan puro,I've had two so far.
Appearance is good,nice and dark.
Construction on the two has been good.A torpedo I had smoked exceptionally well.
Aroma is very good and plentiful smoke is produced with little effort.(remember, the aroma is the taste)

All and all for the money,I would buy these again.

A damn good smoke

Thanks for being the Guinea Pig, bud.
So, you are saying "They don't Suck"?
Are there discernible differences in the assorted vitolas as far as flavor/profile change?

They do not suck at all Pete

Having smoked only two,I can't really answer your question about the different vitolas yet.

Thanks for the review! I've been curious about these. I wonder how they compare to the LHO's...

Like I said,I've only had two. With that said,I like these better so far.
You're going to pay a little more than for LHO's but imo they are worth it.

This is all supposing they don't magically turn into dog rockets

I love me some Nic puros. Sounds like she's worth a try for 3 bucks a stick.
Thanks for the heads up, Dave.

Thanks for the review, I may have to give this a shot! Holt's has another little known DPG house blend (Casa Royale) that is in my top 20.

Shhhh.... let's keep that one a secret!

Do they have the three hallmarks of Pepin?

Taste, Draw, and Construction?
