Winter Supply Cocoa Mix
In a large canning kettle (or a huge pot) mix the following:
14 qt package of Powdered Milk* 2 lb container of Nestle's Quick (We can only find the 2.5 lb container and just leave a bit left over)* 16 oz container of Non-Dairy Creamer* 2 lbs powered sugar - sifted* 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1.5 cups sugar 1 tbs salt Blend 1/3 cup cocoa mix to 1 cup hot water Store dry mix in covered container. This recipe is pretty easy, as most of the quantities are just full packages found in store (*) I normally do 1/2 cup per mug, and fair warning this makes a chit ton. 8-9 qaurt jars per batch, but it wont last long so you should be okay this is a staple for our Christmas presents each year. Hope you enjoy

Re: Winter Supply Cocoa Mix
I wonder if you could leave out the powdered milk and use fresh milk when you mix it?
Thanks for sharing Brendon!

Re: Winter Supply Cocoa Mix
We should freeze it and make it into ice blocks and skate on it and then melt it in the summer and drink it!
