Default What's Your Favorite Cheap Beer?

What's your favorite cheap beer? Mine is Grain Belt, which is a regional lager here in the upper midwest. It actually ranks pretty well on the Beer Advocate website. It typically costs about $8 or so for a 12 pack. It's pretty light in flavor, definitely a hot weather beer. Great for picnics, boating, after yard work, etc.

I try only to drink the premium brews like Bud, High Life, Mickeys, & High Gravity. I'm not really into the cheap stuff.

Good point. Let's say under a buck a beer.

now it's the new primo. i had a few about 2 weeks ago, tastes almost like red stripe just sweeter, or blue moon without the citrus. dunno about the alky content but it tastes better than corona.

i like High Life. not only is it cheap, but the bottle's dynamics allow for quick drinking if necessary.
