Love me some heavy metal when im in the gym. If I had to pick a few specific songs right now they would be "Back for More " By Five Finerg Death Punch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2icdM9KuHU , " My Last Serenade" By Killswitch Engage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoQrwKJtv_c or perhaps " Nothing Left " by As I Lay Dying http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fh-RgX_2U9w .To name a few in my Ipod

Re: Workout Music
High energy rock like DLR Van Halen, AC-DC, GnR, Judas Priest for working with weights. For cardio, I like more melodic, rhythmic music that ticks away the minutes easily.
It's important to keep the pace up while working out, so the music should be the "drill sergeant".

Re: Workout Music
Drum & Bass is what does it for me (at least for Cardio)
Lifting I can listen to most anything but prefer metal or classic rock
