Default The Help a Brother Out Thread...what u need?

So I was thinking I am sick of seeing over-inflated prices on harder to find smokes.....I had this idea that if someone spots what they feel is a rare or hard to find stick for a decent deal they could "help a brother out" and pick it up for them. Now this is different than the make a wish pay it forward thread in that the person that wants the sticks must pay for the stick(s) and all costs associated such as shipping or fees. The brother that finds that hard to find stick should in no way profit...just the thought and a nice jesture. So if you see that hard to find stick just post it up and tell people "hey my store has blah blah for x amount...who would like me to pick some up"...type deal. You choose how many folks you can do this for. So here is what I can get in the Opus X:

3 pack tins:
Opus X Perfectxion 44.70
Robusto 41.40
Chateu 47.98

Singles:
Reserve d Chateu 15.20
petite lancero 12.10
perfectxion 1 10.25
s 9.00
Belicoso X3 10.25
Fuente Fuente 10.50

The first few PM's get them if they want them.

I like the concept of this thread. Wish I had a good BM around that actually had decent sticks

Great idea. Does it matter if you live across the border? Obviously no deals here (Damn gov't) but we could sure gain from great deals down south.

I would like to help you out but I have no idea what shipping would cost until I mail the package. If you would want to pay for the sticks, then shipping, I would do that no prob.

The price does NOT include sales tax. The Reserve d Chateau's were $47.95 sticker and $51.10 with tax....

Great BOTL right here . The prices for Opus X around me are wayyyyyyyyy overpriced so its nice to be given the opportunity to get them cheaper .

I think this is a good idea if well managed, there would have to be some kind of authority. Also, could be moved to the trades section and I think cross border shopping could be problematic and both parties would have to know the special risks and costs involved. Just my 2 cents...
