Cigar Photography
Photography is one of my hobbies, along side cigars, guns, etc. Thought I'd mess around a little the other night.... Anybody else into photography and made similar shots?

Re: Cigar Photography
Very nice, but that 2nd RP Edge lite from the left looks like it's going to have some burn issues.

Re: Cigar Photography
My shots were taken with a Canon XSi (450D) dSLR. Using a Sigma 105mm Macro lens and a Sigma 530DG Super Flash.

Re: Cigar Photography
Straight on in a dark room with just a lamp aimed at the wall for focusing light. Then made some adjustments in Photoshop CS4. I just really like the darker look in some Cigar ads in magazines, just experimenting with that effect. Hoping to do some shots with lit cigars, but don't smoke in my house, so still gotta figure that one out. Here are a few more from last night.
