Default What is your Favorite running Cadence?

I have a couple. So mine are.

Up Jumped a monkey

Up jumped the monkey from the coconut grove
he was a mean mother ****er, you could tell by his clothes.
He wore a two button ditty, and a three button stitch
he was a loud mouth-mother ****in, son of a *****!
He lined a hundred women, up against the wall
and bet anyone, he could **** them all.
He ****ed 98 till his balls turn blue,
Then he backed off, jacked off, and ****ed the other two!!!

PT good for me.

mama & Papa were laing in bed
Mama rolled over and this is what she said
Oh, Give me some; oh, give me some
PT! PT!
Good For you
Good For me
Mmm Good
Up in the morning to the Rising Sun
Gotta run all day tell the runnings done
Ho Chi Minh is a son of a *****
got the blueballs, crabs and seven year itch
I love working for Uncle Sam
Let me know just who i am
1,2,3,4, united Sates Army Corps!
1,2,3,4, I love the Army Corps!
My Corps
Your Corps
Our Corps
The Army Corps

i dont know but ive been told
Eskimo ***** is might cold
Mmm Good
feels good
is good
real good
tastes good
mighty good
good for you
good for me

I dont want no teen age queen
I just wan my M14
If i die in the Combat Zone
Box me up and ship me home.
Pin my medals upon my chest.
Tell my mom ive done my best.

I didn't mean to imply that they were written for Full Metal Jacket....R. Lee Ermey was a drill insturctor before becoming an actor, I am sure he had lots of experience with calling cadence. Just noting that they were all used in the flick. Sorry if I was confusing.

What about...

Up in the morning before the break of day
I don't like it, no way
Eat my breakfast too damn soon
Hungry as a mad dog, by noon
Went to the mess sergeant on my knees
Singing mess sergeant mess sergeant, feed me please
Mess sergeant said with a big 'ole grin
If you wanna be airborne you gotta be thin
Saying hey all the way (hey all the way)
We run everyday (we run everyday)

best cadence IMO is the "War Pigs" call. It is the Black Sabbath song War Pigs sung while running. I heard it at Fort benning and again at Fort Drum. Pretty motivating.
