Default Hygrometer question

I'm looking at a new hygrometer. Does anyone have experience with the Little Havana or Caliber III ?

I owned a couple Caliber IIIs, they were fairly accurate (+/- 2%). Battery life ws a little short.

Thanks for the feedback. I have read some good online reviews about the III.

I've been using my caliber III since 2005. It is spot on for temp and humidity still.

I've bought a gazillion hygroset II's, and they are just plain awesome. I've never desired anything else, but I've just recently bought a bunch of Xikar's. I'm just trying them out cause they're about the same price at Amazon, and they're damn sexy.
I've used just about everything along the way and put a lot of time into calibrating for test purposes. The only hygrometers that were remotely reliable in that atmosphere were the Hygroset II's.
So far as our hobby goes, I'd suggest picking what you like. If it suits you aesthetically or fits nicely in your humi like the little havana, then you can't lose. Most everything in that $15-$20 range that's specifically purposed for humidors is cool.
You're looking at two good hygrometers, you can't lose with either.

+1 for the Caliber III.

Spot on with maybe a +/- 1% drift. It's responsive with a 5-8 second lag time when the humidity drastically changes, i.e. removed from humi. I had mine 1.5 years, battery died. Got a cheap 2-pack from Target. With the Heartfelt beads, which are spot on 65%, I really don't need it. It's still fun to look at and have around. $20 4-5 years ago.

I went ahead and picked up a couple from Amazon. I'll let everyone know how they do.
