I applied for a management position in the repair department (where I presently work as a data tech/engineer) at the company I work for and they just offered it to me now. I've been in telecom for over 12 years and never had people report to me (let alone in two centers).. this should be fun.

Now to find a cigar to celebrate with (well... after I get out of work, that is...).

Hope you enjoy supervising others. I guess it's just not something I enjoy even though I've been doing it for 30 years. Probably my least favorite part of my job.
