AC/DC
Ok, to me this is an easy call, although Brian Johnson has done admirable work, especially on his first album Back in Black, Bon Scott was clearly the front man for the best AC/DC music. The Scott stuff was bluesy, eclectic, and imaginative compared to the one-note, repetitive music of the Johnson era. What do you think?

Re: AC/DC
Bon Scott's lyrics were also far superior, full of subtle humor and bawdy intelligence, where Johnson's are standard metal fare. I wonder if some of the songs on "Back in Black" were actually started by Scott, as that album shows more of those type of lyrics than any AC/DC album since.
