Look forward to seeing the progress! One tip about the NewAir: if you lose power, when it comes back on it'll default to the coldest setting. So if you take a power hit you'll need to reset it to your preferred temp.

That's a matter of personal preference. I keep mine at the highest setting which I think is around 66*. I prefer it not be too cold as I don't want to pull a cigar out of it and have it go through a 50* change as I take it outside to smoke it.

One and a half stock trays from Cheap Humidors. Used poplar strips at the bottom for the slides. Fits great and at around $15 each, that's a bargain! A few hours work and bingo, 5 custom slide-out trays in my little old 20 bottle vinador!
Agree on the power out thing...same with mine. I also set on highest setting - 66. Need pix of yours when you're finished to see how much room you have to fill!

Do you tend to buy more singles or more boxes? If you buy boxes, do you keep them in the box or take them out? When I built my cabinet I did about 50/50. To me more boxes = shelves and more singles = trays. I tend to leave things in their boxes.

Also, keep posting pics so we can watch the progress!

(Jesse)Thats something to think about. Being that this is my first wineador i will play it out. I currently have a 200 count humidor that is full, so as you know i have to take them out of box. I have seen some that have shelves and drawers i like the setup.
