Est. 1844
Man, this thing was a shockingly good cigar for the money. Im gonna be buying more of these to keep around.
Had a really dark spice flavor. Hard to place the flavor exactly, maby like a real deep nutmeg/cinnamon flavor........not sure. Real deep dark chocolate flavor at times. I loved this cigar. |

There goes the neighborhood......
I smoke these almost daily. I love them and have picked up around 100 in the last few weeks. I will say the bigger vitolas are better (IMO) than the "50's". I have a hunch these will be harder to get for cheap soon. Oh yea...The boxes of 50's are out of stock at CI FYI. I'm back ordered on them. Open mouth insert foot..... |

These are a great cigar for the price you can find them at.

The other ten cigars in the sampler are much better, IMHO. But at $2 per, I'm not complaining |

I do tend to like thinner cigars too but in the case of the 1844 the bigger ones have been better IMO. FYI. CI is now sold out of all vitolas. |

I agree, corona, lancero or true churchill (7 x 47) would be interesting. I have not had one yet, but I am game.
