Default Taking care of your Sinus Cavity

I smoked quite a few cigars at the “All California Herf” on the 28th.
Well Sunday the 29th I had a semi clogged nose.
I have used this product when having a cold to relieve congestion and it has worked very well.

Let’s face it there are some inherit risks in smoking cigars, and to be on the safer side of smoking and snorking (retro-haling) this is a product I can recommend to others. This is just a saline sinus rinse with warm water. Along with this I do a good cleaning of my mouth with brushing and rinsing.

This might be something my S/BOTL might find of value. Just my on care for your sinus cavity.

Blessings,
STS

Yea, I bought a Netti Pot a couple years ago and never took it out of the box. I should give my sinus cavity a good blast.

It helps with my sinus pressure and makes it possible for me to breath when going through a sinus infection...

I've used the rinse as well with good results. Thanks for mentioning this. I was just feeling a bit stuffy, so I'll do a rinse before my evening smoke

Saline rinse changed my life... really. Before I started using it, I would wake up several times a night with congested sinuses, and would only smoke cigars on weekends because the sinus consequences were so dire.

I stared using saline rinses and I can now smoke whenever I want with no effect on my sinuses and sleep like a baby every night.

+1. The little pot just dribbles through. You control the throttle on this thing and can blast with some pressure if you so desire. Everyone laughed at me (I was even unsure when I first bought it). Now my mom even swears my it. My wife still gives it a head shake, though.

I use this religiously! I don't bother with the packets; I just use kosher salt.

I tried a sinus rinse once and it had to be one of the worst experiences of my life.
