Default Thoughts on Curivari Cigars?

I recently saw some talk of Curivari cigars on another forum but noone really said if they were good or not. Has anyone tried any of these before? I believe there are multiple series under the brand.

I've tried the Curivari Reserva Limitada Classica in the Monarca size. Very decent smoke. Full-bodied with lots of spice. But it was very smooth, as well. No bitterness at all.

I've had a few. Good cigars for the $. I liked the "Cafe" the best so far.

The gloria de leon was good. The Sellecion is better. And the Reserva Limitada classica is the best. At least of the three that I have tried. I would take any in a heartbeat though.

I brought all their cigars to a herf a few months back and I don't think anyone really cared for them. I thought it was so so but nothing I would smoke again considering my choices.

Thanks for the input fellas. I guess I will wait to try these as the only way for me to get them right now is to order a full 10.

Smoking one right now I just got from Puff'n Stuff. He compared the flavor profile to the Tatuaje brown. I like this smoke, but not a Tatuaje brown. I will buy more at this price though.

You have to be kidding? You need to tell the guy not to repeat that. Really!

IMO, these are more dime-a-dozen generic tasting cigars that time shouldn't be wasted even making them.

I just smoked the white label torpedo that is supposed to be reminiscent of Illusione. Not an illusione, and not nearly as tasty. Looking forward to trying their red label and Gloria de Leon.

Personally,

I love their Petite Cafe's! The richest Carmel & Buttery flavors that i've ever experienced in a cigar! I also noticed if you can find a box of the Reserva 1000 torps (Where the wrappers are lighter and oily,) they smoke completely different from the regular dark, and matte wrapped ones. The lighter ones are very smooth, as the dark matte ones are peppery and strong!

Lot of folks like the Gloria De Leon petite robusto as well!

Interesting to hear all these mixed reviews. Personally, I am a big fan of the Leons. For the $ I think they are great.

I agree with Ian, these are pretty decent smokes for the price. The B&M here can't keep them in stock for long. Plenty of flavor and I've yet to have an issue with construction or burn on them. I prefer the Seleccion Privada to the others.
