Default Hooded Merganser arrives in our pond!
Every year, for the past 5 years I look forward to seeing the Hooded Mergansern arrive in our retention pond. It usually signifies that cool weather isn't far behind. This morning there are 5 of them

cold weather? See, Karma exist, you send ice removers to other botl's and now you will (hopefully) get a bunch of snow in FL

There are none out here this morning, but I did see a couple last week. They are pretty, and they sure are skittish.

In case you haven't seen the weather channel lately, We have had some cold nights lately. I had to use my driver license to scrap the ice of my windows a few days ago.
