Default Bought a coffee mill

It's not bad enough that I fell done the stogie slop a long time ago. I just went out and bought what I THINK may be a good way to process coffee beans. It a Cusinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill. I picked it up on sale for $40.

Still experimenting with the grind settings but I like how it only grinds the amount I need for the number of cups I'm brewing.

Next step down the slope is experimenting with the different whole beans. Our oldest daughter is currently working at a national coffee chain and she get's a free bag of coffee beans each week.

Excellent move!

A burr mill will make a real difference in your coffee if you are a CA or not; the quality of the burr mill in part determines what brewing methods are open to you. Your Cuisinart definitely puts you in french press range. Many here will agree that a burr mill and a press is a time-tested path to coffee glory.

Tray-cheers for the USCG.
