Blending your own tobacco
In my recent quest to try every kind of pipe tobacco I can get my hands on, I have come to enjoy a lot of McClelland tobaccos. While browsing through their products I came across their blending tobaccos. I thought that this was pretty cool to know you could buy types of their tobaccos to blend your own mixtures. Anybody here have any experience doing this?

Re: Blending your own tobacco
I have mixed some english and aromatic tobacco together but they weren't special blending tobacco or McClellan for that matter. It seems to be a lot of trial and error. hope that helps

Re: Blending your own tobacco
I have used P&C's blending tobaccos as a base and added some Jewel of St James - Perique as a topper with very nice results. Several users of these forums have tried it and give it favorable reviews.
