Project Of The Day : Signs Galore
Project of the day is a severe misnomer, but whatever.
I've been working on the artwork and modeling for these signs for months. This is just one batch, I think there were 15 signs overall. A number are repeats. I was thrilled with how they turned out. Most were just "Let's give it a try and go from there." I'm getting a lot better at math, I suppose. The signs are around 12"-14" long, mostly around 8" high. I used Quartersawn Red Oak, Ash, and some plain Red Oak, I think. All the signs have homes, except I think one. They're gonna look great in the mancaves. Excuse me if some of the pics are redundant, I just uploaded the ones that were on my phone.

Re: Project Of The Day : Signs Galore
Ya know, I used the editor on Photobucket to turn these pics. But when I posted them, they were the wrong orientation till I refreshed the page.
So, if it's goofy, there ya go.

Beautiful !
They would neat little table tops. Perfect size for one, with a piece of glass cut to top your great work.

Scott,
Awesome! They would look great on my patio box wall. Are we talking selling here? If we are, I call first dibs.

Re: Project Of The Day : Signs Galore
Guys, I don't have any for sale at all, but I VERY much appreciate your interest.
It's funny, but that's pretty much the validation for doing this kind of stuff. Not the money, just that brothers like them enough to want them. I'll make more later on this year, hopefully. I have back surgery on the 14th, in hopes that I'll be able to get my dumb ass back to the shop. That said, I have exactly one Partagas sign left. I'm going to post it in WTS and the donation will go to Adam for the troops. It's this one...
