Favorite Maduros
Since the weather started turning chilly, I've been smoking a few more maduros. It's something about the cold weather. I also like to drink stouts and porters during the winter. This morning I smoked a RP Old World Reserve and it was a great cigar. It got me thinking about maduros because like all cigars, they are not created equally. Here's my list of current favorites:
Camacho Triple maduro Camacho SLR RP Old World Reserve 601 maduro (blue?) Fuente Chateau Fuente I'm sure some of you like the padrons and the JJ maduro (I have one in the humi), but I haven't had a chance to try those yet. What are your favs? Sorry if this is a repeat thread. |

That's good to hear. I picked up a box of those a while back on the cheap. Thanks for the ideas. I forgot about the Ashton Aged Maduro. I haven't had one in at least 10 years, but I used to really like them.

still there! http://www.jrcigars.com/index.cfm?pa...itemcode=RMROL I think Honduran tobacco can be really damn good if you know what to buy and what to ignore. The ERdMs kinda remind me of a Fuente Don Carlos or something similar. It's been so long since I browsed JR's. Last edited by JJG; 11-14-2009 at 01:48 PM. |
