Smoke me if you can...

Carlos ToranO - Virtuoso
Question for you BOTL; have you smoked the Carlo Torano Virtuoso and what rating would you give the cigar? The reason I am asking is I had an unusual experiance with the cigar. I will comment after I have heard from a you.
Thanks.

Re: Carlos ToranO - Virtuoso
I thought it was a pretty good smoke and would smoke one again. I haven't tried the Exodus, but I think I have to agree with groogs on the Signature. I don't think I've had any problems with a Torano.

Re: Carlos ToranO - Virtuoso
The only ones I have had are several years old and they were outstanding.

It was a good smoke, but nothing to write home about. I would pick some up at a good price, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. I agree about the Exodus series.

Re: Carlos ToranO - Virtuoso
Quite a disappointing cigar. Very muddied taste that doesn't know what it wants to be besides the typical "strong, dark, rich" profile. Basically feels like a mutt cigar to me.

Re: Carlos ToranO - Virtuoso
I think the first half of this cigar is fine. Past the midway point, things get weird. Definitely prefer the Exodus and even the 1916.

Re: Carlos ToranO - Virtuoso
I wouldn't say that I can't get enough, but I definitely like that cigar and try to keep a few around. Other than a tight draw on one of them have never had a problem. I give them a thumbs up.
