Yeah I've seen that 100 times. Its funny they are all talking about enjoying ayds.

My mother was on the AYDS diet, I remember her keeping those things in the kitchen. They were like little caramel squares. Flashback!

The funny thing is that some of the older things like AYDS and Metrical actually worked better than much of the modern stuff.
