Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Great movie! The wife had to drag me to it this afternoon, but I'm glad she did. For one thing, it was visually impressive. For another, it told a very touching story. It's billed as a comedy/drama/romance/fantasy and it pretty well fits all of those genre. Although it's based on a short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, I thought that this felt a little more like Forrest Gump & Titanic.
Fun to watch, the premise of aging in reverse was interesting to consider, and overall it was a good time spending 3 uninterrupted hours with my wife.

Saw the movie last night, thought it was really good. Very well made and they did an incredible job with Benjamin's "aging" throughout the movie.
Did I ever tell you I was struck by lightning 7 times?

My sister and two cousins saw it and all thought it was awful, apparently debated leaving the theater early multiple times...
I'll wait for dvd I guess. |

Re: Curious Case of Benjamin Button
I don't agree that BB physically changed into an infant at the end of the movie. He should have kept his adult size but maybe taken on some infant characteristics..
I mean he started as a wrinkly old baby. Pitt had the same curious manner he did in Joe Black. Not a bad movie, but not a great one. |
