New DSLR advice
Hey shutterbugs! I'm looking at upgrading my D70 and am having a fit deciding between a refurbished d7000 or a d3300.
Come to a cigar forum for camera advice, nuts right? My D70 takes great pictures but I really want to take better night shots. I tried photographing the Milky Way last summer and the noise from the high ISO makes in unbearable no matter how much post processing I do. The D7000 has the same manual controls I have now, but the d3300 is better in low light and is considerably cheaper. There is also only one lens (the d70 kit lens) that won't work with the d3300. Anybody here wanna put in a couple pennies?

Re: New DSLR advice
Tough call, but I'd probably go with the d7000. Sure the body alone runs about $1,000 or so new, but from what I hear it's awesome in low light. The 3300 has a lot higher resolution though, if you want that
