Default Taunton,MA

Hi all

My boys are travelling to Taunton,MA. So far they have plane tickets to Boston.
How do they get to Taunton from there?

If they've got a car: Google maps

Unfortunately, no easily available public transit from Logan Airport to Taunton. They could get relatively close on the MBTA Commuter rail but they'd have to take a taxi in from either Middleboro or Bridgewater.

Taxi service from Logan to Taunton is going to be $100-125ish (my guess)

Edit: Try this link for bus info from the MBTA - looks like the hit Taunton:
http://www.mbta.com/schedules_and_ma...s/?loc=Taunton
Downside: they have go into Boston from Logan to the bus terminal at Park Square. Easy enough via the subway but still a pain in the ass. Or they could think of it as an adventure?

Taunton is one of the oldest "English" towns in the nation. For some, that would be reason enough for a visit.

Perhaps in honor of this, and the history of the region, the boys should hire horses and pull a Paul Revere/William Dawes. One if by land, right?
