Xikar Purotemp Wireless System
Anyone tried the Xikar PuroTemp Wireless Hygrometer system yet? Can run up to 3 remote sensors. Thinking of throwing one on each shelf in my Cabinet and then having the monitor on my computer desk right beside it.

I have two sensors running on my wineador. Works well... Roughly 1% difference between my two sensors in my humidor. Xikar says they're accurate within 2% RH, so the 1-2% doesn't bother me much. Makes it a lot easier to tell how things are going, and when I get my waxing moon, I'll put a third in there.

I have no experience with the Xikar products; however I have been using similar products from Oregon Scientific for years, and they are a good, less expensive alternative. Just my

What Michael (CigarNut) said. Like him, I've been using a "weather station" from Oregon Scientific that supports four remote sensors for three or four years. Works great, and as mentioned in Michael's post, costs less.
