Tatuaje Nicaragua 7th Capa Especial Review
$7. Cigarbid retail $9.
Tatuaje Nicaragua 7th Capa Especial 5.6" x 46 Pre-light: cedar, light coffee 1st 1/3 Excellent draw, lots of smoke, straight burn, gets some light floral off the foot, reminds me of my first experience of a macanudo cigar. Creamy smooth subtle complexities, hint of cinnamon, medium to full-bodied smoke, nuts mixed in with spice and dark chocolate. 7th Capa Especial has a nice unique flavor profile though. 2nd 1/3 The second third reminded me of mocha, leather with a sweet spice finish. There were notes of caramel present followed by spice on the tongue when I inhaled very slowly. This is one of best small smokes I've had so far I wish the smoke was more meaty and oily though, could be the small size Burning cool, burn went a bit wonky, could be my hitting it to fast, enjoying the flavors. Last 1/3 Smooth smoking with same flavors following, addition of some chili pepper spice. Overall, I found this one to be too earthy and lacking in other flavor notes for me. Construction was great except for the uneven burn midway and I would smoke it again, but I would not be tempted to buy a box. At 5.6" x 46 not worth $7-9. 50 min smoke 7 out of 10 What beats it........
