Hot Sauces

Searched, but couldn't a specific thread pertaining to this.

Lately I've been drowning my food in Sriracha or Cholula

. However, I do like to change it up since I get bored easily. What hot sauces are you all using, enjoying, or suggest?

Franks is my go to.....ugh i need to go find my "list" of good sauces, are you looking for heat or flavor?

Both, sometimes I want heat and sometimes I want flavor... unless it's downright insane (Like Blair's Ultra Death...I was hurting for a while), I'm interested in hearing what you all have to suggest!

We go crazy on the made in Mexico sauces only. My parents live in Mexico for part of the year and I go to Scottsdale frequently... so I started collecting hot sauce.

How hot do you like it? El Yucateco is a classic brand they can make them quite hot. I've been digging Salsa Huichol; good blend of spices to heat.

I've got five hot sauces in my kitchen right now and I've tried at least a couple dozen. In the end I still end up reaching for the McIlhenny Tabasco - red or green.
