Re: The Following
I watched it, not what I was expecting but it was pretty damn entertaining.
I thought it was going to be more like CIS or something where each episode is a different story. Spoiler Alert: When that girl stabbed herself in the eye, it made me jump. I think if I knew more about Poe it would prolly be a good thing, I did visit his grave though.

Re: The Following
Much more well written than stuff like Criminal Minds. I tell my wife that most of these crime shows are so poorly scripted that it looks like the actors are just taking turns talking. I hope it makes the cut. They axe these shows so quickly now and it's up against Biggest Loser.

Re: The Following
I wasn't planning to watch it, but happened to catch it (@ work) and liked it. I told wifey about the encore this Friday and programmed the DVR to record the series. I really liked the actor who plays the killer (James Purefoy) especially in is role as Marc Antony on Rome.

Re: The Following
It does seem to have potential, but I fear it may be a bit too gory to survive on broadcast TV.

Re: The Following
Lots of potential here for a great show with a twisty narrative. Cool that it's set in Virginia/Richmond, even though it was filmed elsewhere. We had an article this Sunday featuring the writer, who said he's been obsessed with Poe since a trip to the Poe museum in Richmond back in the '80s.

Re: The Following
Anyone still watching? I'm still into it, but I don't see how the show will carry over to another season without getting too convoluted. It's a great show, which is surprising considering that it's on network television.
