Rocky Patel Burn
Rocky Patel Burn Robusto
Wrapper, binder, and filler are all Honduran MSRP: 8.50 Appearance: chocolate brown wrapper with tight seams and a dense pack. Prelight: Nice sweet barnyard smell. Cold draw is a mild chocolate flavor. First 3rd: Very loose draw and very good smoke output. First light is an aged tobacco and bitter chocolate taste. The bitterness fades and the flavors are a sweet spice, mild/med at the most. Second 3rd: flavors are pretty consistent throughout the second third just a sweet spice. The foot smoke is very pleasant with smells very similar to the draw flavors, still mild/med. Final 3rd: The burn has been razor sharp throughout and flavors have been very consistent, Med in flavor. The sweetness did ramp up a bit on the nub, this would be a nice after dinner cigar. Total burn time: 45 min Flavor: mild/med Strength: mild/med Conclusion: I might buy another stick or two of these, but I don’t think ill be buying a box. A little too plain for me. |

Re: Rocky Patel Burn
Excellent review, i should also note that what you smoked was the Burn napels, which is very different from the Burn that is sold through official rocky patel lounges.
