Customs Queston

If there are any customs guys out there.... Would i get in trouble for have a Military Ammo can as a humidor while redeploying from a combat zone. I dont want to spend time making one if it will bite me in the buttox. I am still trying to find the best way to build a humidor from my last post.

I wonder if the Govt will think it's their property? I don't see how it would be an issue if in checked luggage.
