Awsome breakfast dish

Saw this on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Pulled pork pancakes with Jack Daniels maple syrup. A pancake topped with some pulled pork, repeat, then top with another pancake. The maple syrup is made with a thinner syrup than normal, with some JD added, then brought to a boil, and laddled onto the heap of goodness. I'm gonna have to try this soon

We made these for New Year's eve. We did them as appitizers, used frozen silver dollar pancakes, some pulled pork from the best BBQ here in Cols, and made the JD syrup. These turned out really good.

There is a place down the road from my house that makes something very similar to this and it is

TomCat Cafe...they have 60+ different pancake creations to try all
